Lesson 1. From open strings to the first use of the little finger

With the first exercises of the Munier Elementary Studies we begin to familiarize ourselves with the instrument.
We will see in particular the exercises from number 1 to number 11.
Some small recommendations.

Pay attention to the fact that both strings play, in fact it can happen to play only the first string with which the pick comes into contact, take note of it and adjust the pick handle and the pick angle of the pick on the strings to avoid this problem.
Go slowly through the exercises.
Study them well, they are the foundation on which you will build your sound in the coming weeks.
And yes, it is true, they are boring but keep your goal in mind, the moment of boredom and repetition of these exercises will soon pass.
Remember the link between the duration of the notes and the number of full strokes you will have to give:
Semi-short 8 full strokes, minimum 4, quarter notes 2.
These exercises are all in the key of G major, it is recognized by the fact that they have the F sharp at the beginning of the first staff, and that therefore it is valid for the whole piece, the technical definition is F in armor.
Exceptions are the number 2, which is in D major and has F and C in armor, and the number 4 which is in A minor and like C major has no alterations, sharps or flats, in armor.

The exercises can be downloaded from the page with the link to the material that is here
Below, however, I place the pages in jpeg format of the exercises.
Soon I would like to add the audio file of at least part of the exercises
